Dance To Learn

The Dance to Learn program uses dance as a medium to teach valuable lessons to youth in Broward County. The first in this series is Positive Expression, a program that teaches elementary-age, at-risk youth to use dance and the arts as an alternate to drugs and violence. In April, 2008, the program will begin its pilot in the Section Eight projects in Ft. Lauderdale, at the Driftwood after-care program. click here to learn more.

Dance Council

The Dance Broward Dance Council unites members of the dance industry in Broward and provides networking through technology, conferences, meetings and workshops. By encouraging excellence, the art of dance will better develop in this community. Through the Council, members are encouraged to use dance as a positive tool for betterment of their community. click here to learn more.

Dance-A-Thon

Annually, Dance Broward gathers dance enthusiasts to put their talent to good use and raise money for charity. We hope to hold our first annual event this year. More information will be provided soon.
